PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order pieces are expected to be dispatched in approximately 4 weeks, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.
Please note that these are dispatch estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
ORDERING MORE THAN ONE PIECE?
If your order contains pieces with different dispatch times, your complete order will normally ship together once everything is ready.
For example, if you order a ready-to-ship beanie together with a pre-order piece, both will normally be dispatched once the pre-order piece is ready.
This helps us keep shipping costs down and avoid unnecessary shipments.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Luxembourg: approximately 2–4 working days
European Union: approximately 3–8 working days
United Kingdom & Switzerland: approximately 5–10 working days
United States: approximately 7–15+ working days

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Orders shipped outside the European Union, including orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and United States, may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or other charges upon arrival.
These charges are not included in Brocli's shipping price and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
